1. Sponsor The giveaway is officially sponsored by The McCown Company LLC, with its principal place of business located at 1904 South Brown Avenue, Sedalia, Missouri 65301. 2. Giveaway Period This promotional giveaway commences on June 1st at 5:00 PM Central Time and shall terminate definitively upon the confirmed sale of the 10,000th shirt. 3. Eligibility Participation in this giveaway is strictly limited to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who have attained the age of eighteen (18) years or older as of the time of entry. This giveaway is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. 4. How to Enter Purchase Method: For each dollar ($1.00) expended on a t-shirt purchase, the purchaser shall receive one (1) entry into the giveaway. No Purchase Necessary Method: To enter without making a purchase, eligible individuals may submit a mail-in entry by sending a legible, hand-printed 3x5 inch card containing their full name, complete residential address, valid phone number, and current email address to: The McCown Company LLC 1904 South Brown Avenue Sedalia, Missouri 65301 Limit of one (1) mail-in entry per person for the duration of the Giveaway Period. Free Entry Option: Any individual who follows the official McCown Company Facebook page during the Giveaway Period will automatically be granted one (1) free entry. 5. Prize One (1) singular winner will be awarded the following prize package: * One (1) 2022 Harley-Davidson Street Glide Special (Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $30,000) * Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) in cash * Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Prize Package: $50,000.00 6. Winner Selection The potential winner will be selected via a random drawing conducted from all eligible entries received. This drawing shall occur within fifteen (15) calendar days following the verified sale of the 10,000th shirt. 7. Winner Notification The potential winner will be contacted directly using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Should the potential winner fail to respond to the notification attempt within ten (10) calendar days of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected through a subsequent random drawing. 8. General Conditions By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of The McCown Company LLC, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The McCown Company LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway, or who is found to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, The McCown Company LLC reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply to this giveaway. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made unless The McCown Company LLC, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. The McCown Company LLC reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. 9. Limitation of Liability The McCown Company LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the giveaway; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged, or stolen mail or entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, liability, costs, losses, or damages of any kind, including personal injury or death, arising out of or in connection with their participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. 10. Privacy Any personal information collected from entrants will be utilized solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and in strict accordance with The McCown Company LLC’s Privacy Policy.
